It encompasses the entire supply chain, from the farmers and suppliers to the distribution of the products. We follow rigorous procurement and auditing processes to ensure we select safe, high quality raw materials always complying with the most stringent regulations and the latest scientific knowledge.
The Laboratory performs exhaustive preventive measures and controls based in HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and the implements good manufacturing and hygiene practices at our supply centers to guarantee the absolute safety of our products and promotional elements.
In order to ensure the finest quality of our products, we perform exhaustive controls and monitoring throughout all stages of production - from obtaining the raw materials, manufacture and distribution, to the receipt by final consumers; therefore, guaranteeing total and absolute traceability.
To achieve the maximum food safety in our products, the Laboratory acts proactively based on recommendations of European experts, constantly updating our controls in accordance with current legislation.
